More than 100 fashion students from Germany and India are designing their collections under the motto "World Robes", using fabrics from Mali, Peru and India. An international jury will award the winners. An award will be presented to one outfit for each university or school.

Patricia Riekel's journalistic career began in 1968. Following an internship at the Munich-based "Münchner Merkur" she worked for many other newspapers and magazines, including "Petra", "Elle", "Für Sie" and "Freundin". But she also became interested in radio: she launched "Radio der Frau" (Women's Radio) and spent some time at "Radio Gong 2000". Since 1997 Patricia Riekel is chief editor of the people magazine "Bunte", which is read by around four million people every week. Two years later she founded the German "Instyle", magazine, where she is also chief editor. Since 2005 she has also been chief editor of "Amica":

Doris Harwich is the only designer in Germany who has specialized in Mens wear exclusively. Born 1957 in Kassel the designer not only is famous for classic styles and creative details but for the extravagant way to present the outfits. Her collection catalogues are elaborately produced in a first class way and have since become collector's items. Doris Hartwich is looking for strong personalities for these catalogues, who suit her fashion. One of the collection catalogues is dedicated to Sven Ottke (world champion boxer), while others are dedicated to well known singers, TV moderators, actors or journalists.

Ingrid Loschek is one of the most well-known fashion-experts in Germany with a wide range of research. She talks widely on subjects like Fashion and Post-Modernism, Fashion and Art, Fashion and Politics and has written a number of publications. Loschek gave lectures at Harvard, Cambridge, Tokio and Cairo and holds a professorship of history and theory of fashion at the University of Applied Sciences in Pforzheim, Germany.

Ambassador of the Republic of Mali and women's rights activist. The organisation she founded, "APDF - Association pour le Progrès et la Défense des Droits des Femmes" (Association for Promoting the Rights of Women), has for 20 years been committed to improving the socio-economic, legal and cultural living conditions of women in Mali.

Liana Daskalov works for IMG Fashion Europe, the global leader in the management and production of fashion weeks and designer fashion events. As Designer-Coordinator she advises the designers of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin. She is especially concerned about the discovery and the promotion of young talents. Daskalov studied in Potsdam and Washington.

Creative Director for the adidas Group. After completion of a tailoring apprenticeship in Munich, Germany, he followed his passion and studied apparel design at the Polimoda Institute in Florence, Italy. After starting in the sports and casual wear industry with S.Oliver in Germany he moved to his current employer adidas AG. After having worked for adidas in Japan and the USA he now resides at the adidas HQ as Creative Director for Sport Style Design. Mr. Hochstetter has created award winning designs individually and with his team.
