On March 16, 2007 German Agro Action will present the latest collections of the 2nd international fashion competition World Robes 2007 in the Palais am Funkturm, Berlin: 100 models from young fashion designers and the designer Mimi Konaté from Mali. Exciting, colourful and innovative. From casual sportswear to glamorous evening fashion. An international jury will present awards for the best models. This jury includes among others Patricia Riekel, chief editor of "Bunte", "Instyle" and "Amica", Stephan Schneider, a designer based in Antwerp and I.E. Fatoumata Siré Diakité, Ambassador of Mali. As special guest the Berlin-based
reggae-hip-hop band Culcha Candela will be appearing. The event will be moderated by Katty Salié from RBB/WDR. The proceeds will be donated to a German Agro Action project for supporting and pro-moting women in Mali.
